Creator Terms

1. Welcome to the Network

These Creator Terms apply to all creators accepted into the VyV Live network. By joining, you agree to follow these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines, and TikTok LIVE rules.

2. Our Role — What VyV Live Does

VyV Live is an Official TikTok LIVE Partner agency. Our role is limited to:

  • Keeping you continuously updated with the latest TikTok LIVE policies, rules, and program changes.
  • Helping you understand the fundamentals of LIVE streaming.
  • Providing coaching, LIVE audits, and content guidance to strengthen your chances of growth and monetization.
  • Sharing best practices, frameworks, and community support.

We do not run your account, post your content, decide what you broadcast, control TikTok's algorithm, or influence TikTok's payout decisions.

3. Your Role — Creator Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for:

  • Your TikTok account and its security.
  • Everything you broadcast, say, or do on LIVE.
  • The content you publish and how you interact with viewers.
  • Compliance with TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok LIVE rules, and the laws of your country.
  • Any consequences imposed by TikTok on your account (warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans).

4. Policy Alignment with TikTok

All guidance, training, and community rules at VyV Live are fully aligned with TikTok's official policies. If TikTok updates its rules, we update our guidance accordingly and expect creators to adapt promptly.

5. Recommended LIVE Activity

To benefit from the program and stay aligned with TikTok LIVE Creator Program expectations, we recommend:

  • Minimum 22 LIVE days per month.
  • Minimum 2 hours per session.
  • Minimum 50 LIVE hours total per month.
  • Active engagement with your audience.

6. Coaching & Implementation

You receive coaching, LIVE audits, and feedback from our team. You are expected to apply the feedback in good faith and participate in community channels (WhatsApp, group calls, training sessions). The benefit you get is proportional to the effort you invest.

7. Payouts

TikTok pays creators directly for diamonds, gifts, and rewards according to TikTok's payout terms. VyV Live does not hold, process, or distribute your TikTok earnings. For separately signed brand campaigns, payment terms will be set out in writing for that specific campaign.

8. Earnings — It's All About You

Earnings are not guaranteed by the agency. References to AED 10K–30K+ monthly represent specific creators' actual results, not promises.

Your potential income depends on factors such as your dedication, adherence to training, presentation, communication skills, the quality of your broadcasts, internet speed, consistency, niche, audience engagement, TikTok's algorithm, and TikTok's payout policies.

Your success awaits — but it depends on you.

9. Conduct & Brand Safety

  • No content that violates TikTok Community Guidelines or local UAE/GCC laws.
  • No promotion of gambling, adult content, hate speech, or illegal activity.
  • Respect fellow creators, our team, and your audience.
  • Disclose paid partnerships transparently as TikTok and local laws require.

10. Account Access

VyV Live does not request, access, or operate your TikTok account credentials. Your account security is entirely your responsibility.

11. Use of Your Public Content

By joining, you grant VyV Live the right to feature your TikTok handle, profile photo, screenshots, and public LIVE clips in our marketing, success stories, and social channels. You may request removal at any time.

12. Termination

Either party may end the creator relationship at any time. We may remove a creator from the network for: violation of these terms, prolonged inactivity, breach of TikTok policies, brand-safety concerns, or harmful conduct toward the community.

13. Confidentiality

Coaching frameworks, internal data, brand pitches, and private community discussions inside the VyV Live network are confidential and may not be republished externally without written permission.

14. Updates

We may update these Creator Terms as TikTok's policies evolve or as our program changes. Active creators will be notified of material changes through our official channels.
